Hey guys! I hope all of you are doing really well. If you follow my Instagram, you might already be aware about my recent shoot day at Raheja’s Club Exotica, Madh Island, Mumbai. They were kind enough to invite me to the Raheja Exotica Sorento, an ultra-luxury project which they are currently developing, and situated amidst their township, “Raheja Exotica”.
They were so gracious and generously let me hang out and shoot the entire day at their property in one of the most beautiful parts of Mumbai. If you didn’t know, I love the sea, and this property is right by the Arabian Sea!
I had the opportunity to browse through the apartments at Sorento, and I actually went back again! This might be too much information, but I honestly don’t care if you judge me! I went there with my family after seeing the property by myself to browse through the homes and sample flats there, and they are so beautifully planned! I couldn’t stop admiring the vast expanse of the sea and the lush mangroves in the area right from the 24th storey 3BHK’s balcony. The twin towers of Raheja Exotica Sorento rise above 36 storey into the sky with 376 apartments, spacious and perfectly styled in configurations of 2 BHK (843 sqft carpet), 3 BHK (1119 sqft carpet) and 4 BHK(1828 sqft carpet). The USP for me was certainly the balcony in every flat, that blesses you with an extra ordinary view. No Exaggeration!☝️
Anyway, coming back to day one of being at the Club Exotica. The entrance is so calming and serene, with a wonderfully done up reception and waiting area before you enter the main part of the club.
The minute you walk through the foyer, it might just make you feel like the lead actress from a Yash Chopra movie. If you are a guy, I’d say you’d probably feel like SRK walking through those tall white carved pillars.
I got quite a few pictures done there. Look out for my Bollywood moment on Instagram 😉
Apart from the foyer, architecturally, what I loved the most is their Amphi Theatre, where you can put up your own show or simply sit there in peace, on a nice breezy evening.
“The property is huge”, would certainly be an under statement. The plants and trees are so beautifully and carefully manicured, and the place is so well maintained. They also have a lawn tennis court, a squash court, a multi-purpose court along with, snooker, chess and of course a swimming pool right in the middle of the entire expanse.
There’s a spa as well, with jacuzzi and massage facilities that you can enjoy to relax and rejuvenate. My favourite part was the Gym. Unfortunately I couldn’t be there for too long. But hopefully, the next time I’m there, I’ll get to spend some time in the gym as well.
The water fountain around the lobby, with colourful fish in the pond below, will speak a different story altogether!
What I also loved, is their restaurant and even the open cafeteria. Their food was impeccable in taste and looked perfectly presented as well. The open cafeteria, overlooks the swimming pool and believe me, you can’t complain!
All in all, if you are looking at buying an apartment, to live at, or as an investment for a weekend home, in Mumbai itself, but away from the hustle and bustle, I’d say, go have a look! The Club Exotica is definitely a cherry on the cake to buy a home there and relax and unwind at.
Above all, I really appreciate the hospitality of every single person working there at the property. They were so kind and helped me go ahead with my shoot so smoothly, without any hassle. I honestly, can’t wait to go back there! A huge thank you to Raheja, for having me!
