
Detox is slowly and gradually becoming a way of people’s lifestyle . I have spoken about going on a detox diet once in 7-10 days earlier. And since I personally believe in following it, I thought of sharing with you 3 detox juice recipes for clear skin and a flat belly .
Green Juice Detox
1 small lettuce
1 small cucumber
1/2 bunch spinach
1/2 bunch celery
squeeze a bit of fresh lime juice
pinch of salt to taste
(it is better to avoid salt when you are going on a juice cleanse. But, a detox may get a little harsh for your taste, so you could choose on adding just a pinch of salt to taste)
Citrus Juice Detox
1 orange
1 sweet lime
1 cup pineapple
Salt to taste.
Ruby Red Juice Detox
2 carrots
1 beetroot
1 tsp ginger
pinch of salt to taste
Remember to squeeze fresh fruits and vegetables for the juice cleanse and not the ones that are available in tetra packs. Packed juices generally have concentrated sugars and preservatives which do not really serve the purpose of going on a juice cleanse. Going on a juice cleanse once in 7 days is really good way to detoxify your body and helps you get glowing skin along with helping you get a flat belly.
