Apple Cider Vinegar for skin

Apple Cider Vinegar for skin

Along with hair, Apple Cider Vinegar can be included in your skin care regime as well.

The Apple Cider Vinegar clears the skin of any blemishes, zits and acne because of its antibacterial and antiseptic properties.

Apply a little vinegar to a Q-tip and let it rest on the affected area over night. Next day rinse it off with water or a mild cleanser. Apple Cider Vinegar helps to speed up the process of drying out acne and erase blemishes if any.

Apple Cider Vinegar is best known for its toning properties. Take 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar and mix it in 1 cup of water. Use this mix on a cotton swab to tone up your face.  You can store it in a container for a week. The natural acidic qualities of the vinegar will help minimize the open pores on your skin. Also, the Apple Cider Vinegar helps maintain the ideal pH balance of 5.5 that one needs for the skin. Follow it up with a lightweight moisturizer and slather some sunscreen before stepping out in the sun.

Above all, you just need to stock one bottle while buying your grocery and not burn a hole in your pocket with all the over-priced face products that surface on a daily basis.
