The process of hair growth is a cycle of 3 phases namely, growth, rest and shed. There are a lot of external factors that affect our hair like pollution, styling, coloring, washing etc. But we can try to take care of these factors by applying heat protectant serums, or taking regular hair spas and doing the DIY hair masks at home. Besides the  external factors, there could be a lot of internal stuff going on in our bodies that are responsible for the way our hair feels and looks. These internal factors could be stress and tension, hormonal or just not eating the right stuff for the proper nourishment of our hair.
